With an increased shift from conventional to electric vehicles, the demand for charging stations is also rising. To meet these demands sustainably, Power Paired introduces Solar canopy with integrated EV chargers PairTree.
In partnership with Paired Power, the City of Campbell, California is installing a solar parking canopy with integrated EV chargers. This step will enable the Public Works Department to add EVs to its fleet. Named PairTree, this solar canopy will deliver electricity to Level 2 chargers that are attached to the canopy through EV Connect. It is their management software.
Director of government and fleet solutions at EV Connect, Scott Kaptur said, “We’re excited to work with Paired Power to supply the City of Campbell with a 100% renewable EV charging solution powered by the sun, further enhancing the city’s commitment to sustainable transportation.”
