Jackery is a pioneer in the solar energy industry and a global top seller of solar generators. The company recently released its latest flagship product, the Explorer 3000 Pro. It was first revealed at CES (the most influential tech event in the world) this January alongside the Explorer 1500 Pro, which is obviously less powerful than 3000 Pro.
The new Jackery Explorer 3000 Pro is loaded with AC-DC ports to charge almost anything you want. The list includes power tools, space heaters, air conditioners, blenders, microwaves, and all your gadgets. The generator produces up to 3000W of sustained AC output that can attain a peak of about 6000W.
You can also plug in a 1400W solar input to keep things charged on the go. It weighs up to 64 pounds (29 kilograms) and has a telescoping handle and wheel to support its mobility. Jackery used NMC battery chemistry instead of advanced lithium-iron-phosphate (LiFePO4, or LFP) that are long-lasting and give better performances.
The next thing is its eight-millimeter barrel connectors between batteries and solar panels. With this, you need an adapter to connect the generator to any third-party panels.

On 31 March 2023, the company is also introducing a new iOS and Android application for Explorer 3000 Pro. The company claims that if the sun hits at perfectly the 200W solar panels at the right angle the generator will go from 0% to 100% charge in just 3–4 hours.
If plugged in an AC outlet with a maximum of 1800W, the charging time drops to just 2.5 hours. But it could take around 35 hours to charge from a 12V/8A car outlet. Talking about output jacks, the Explorer 3000 Pro has 4 AC 120V & 2400 W outlets, 2 USB-A Quick Charge 3.0 18W, 1 12V / 10A car output, 2 100W USB-C, and a 120V 3000W AC.
The battery only powered Explorer 3000 Pro will be up for sale from 27 March 2023 for $2,799. The solar generator configuration paired with 2 Jackery Solar Saga Panels (200W) will cost up to $3,999 and the early bird discount is up to $399.
